"Fit Exactly Like They Said It Would"
I ordered a part from sparksparts.com after checking the fitment info about three times because I was a little nervous it wouldn’t match my car. When it showed up, I figured I’d be in for some kind of hassle, but it actually went right in without any messing around. The fitment info was spot on, and the whole thing ended up being way easier than I expected. Happy with how it turned out.

"Still not totally sold on it"
I’m still not completely sure how I feel about this site. The prices seemed decent enough, but something about it didn’t fully reassure me. I didn’t really see the kind of trust signals I usually look for, and the experience felt a bit impersonal, like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer

I ordered a part from sparksparts.com and figured I’d be waiting at least a week, but it got here in just a few days. Shipping was super quick and the delivery went totally smoothly. No complaints at all

"Mostly right, but an avoidable mix-up"
My order was mostly correct, but one item came in the wrong size. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did mean I had to spend extra time getting it sorted out afterward. Avoidable, honestly.

"Showed up when they said it would"
I ordered a couple of parts and, thankfully, they arrived right when the tracking said they would. The box was in good shape and everything was there, so no complaints on that front. I’ll admit I was getting a little impatient because it wasn’t exactly speedy, but at least it was dependable. I’d probably use them again, just not if I needed something urgently.

"Parts were okay, but the packaging wasn’t great"
The parts themselves were fine, but the box showed up crushed. Everything was just loose inside with a little bit of paper, and it didn’t have no real protection. Luckily nothing was broken, but I wasn’t not worried when I opened it. Shipping was okay, but for car parts, I really expected the packaging to be done with more care.

"Glad I checked here for the part"
I found the part I needed quickly, which was a relief because I’d already checked a couple of other sites and they didn’t have it. I know I probably spent more time looking than I should have, but I wanted to make sure I was getting the right thing. A few items were out of stock, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall the availability was good.

"I thought I was going to be stuck..."
I thought I was going to be stuck chasing this forever, because that’s usually how it goes for me. But to be fair, the refund came back quicker than I expected, so that was a relief.

The prices seemed fair to me, not the absolute cheapest I’ve seen, but definitely reasonable. I was ordering a few things for my place, and it felt similar to what I’d expect from shops my family usually uses. I got what I needed without feeling like I overpaid, so no real complaints from me.

"Customer service replies were confusing"
I reached out about my order, but the replies I got were unclear and didn’t really answer what I asked. It felt like they hadn’t properly read my message, so I had to follow up again. Even then, I didn’t get much useful help. Just a heads up for others: if you contact them, try to be very specific and maybe keep your order details handy, because the back-and-forth can take some patience
